Balance your breath and save your life
Wherever you are and whatever you do at any time and any
place, check your breath and correct it and save your life.
We live because we are continuously breathing. But what we
do not know is that are we correctly breathing or not.
Our nose has two nostrils as right and left. Most of the time, we
breathe through one of the nostrils. If we could breathe
through both nostrils which means we are safe at that time.
The breath should take place always through both nostrils. It
means the body keeps up the safe or balancing the body
temperature to save the life of body cells.
When it happens only through right nostril on very long time,
then dehydration takes place and it withers the blood and
other body fluid. It is the cause for inflammation and infection.
In the same way when the breath goes on continuously through
left nostril, our body temperature, and pulse rate would reduce
from required level then there would be hardening of muscles,
thickening of blood. It gives the opposite effects of what
happens when it is on right nostril.
Breathing through one nostril is like walking as with one leg.
We may walk with one leg but we know as it is difficult to walk
comfortably as with the two legs.
It is really the root cause of all diseases. Most of the time we
breathe through one nostril and we suffer from diseases.
Without correcting it we follow many methods as medicines,
diet, exercise etc to cure the diseases.
Some time we feel suffer and get relief from them without any
intervention. Here, our body itself correct it by shifting the
breathe pattern. Many times, we do not get relief even we take
medicine, because the medicine is working against the
breathing pattern instead of supporting the system.
All bad symptoms like suffocation, tension, anxiety, shortness
of breath, fatigue, head ache and even heart attack and stroke
are the cause of the bad effect of breathing or one nostril
breath.
If we could change the condition immediately, instantly we may
get relief from the above suffering even we can escape from
emergency like situations.
Is it easy to do so? Yes, it is easy. But we must get some
practice to achieve the good result.
