1. Minutes of Meeting. Year 10 Creative and Media team to discuss success.
Date: Tuesday 15th June 2010.
Present: Chelsea-Ann Cook, Sajan Rajpoot, Saujanya Natarajan, Ryan
Hodges and Mrs Saroya.

Minutes Who When
- Every group/ class has a name.
- All create banners for own team. Ryan
- Different areas for each activity. For example: Astro, Field,
Concourse and Some rooms.
Problems
- Too many people in one area.
- Only max of 14 people on one side.
- When people are not active they start to get bored.
- There are 840 students which means every one of them have to
be active all the time.
- Inter year group competition. Chelsea
- Sports Circuit
- Whole school sprint
- Two teachers, one stay one goes.
- Whole school sprint.
- Two day sports day (one day year 7&8 then 9&10)
- Conduct a survey of what people think.
- Which sports will interest boys and girls?
Aims:
- Bring the school together as a community through sports.
- P.E. AIM: Increasing people who want to join after school extra
activities.
- C&M AIM: to organise and run a festival to pass unit 6.
Consider environmental issues (paper flags)
Bottles on floor get them picked up. Health and safety.
Staff involvement is really important get them involved.
- Let them choose a sport they feel comfortable to run.
- Give them choices and options.
Sports equipment (what happens with it at break and lunch and where
does it all go.)
If it rains what are we going to do?

- Contact outside sports people.
- Attend a staff briefing 8.25am
- Year team briefing.
- Meetings with heads of years and Prefect team.
- Assembly (PowerPoint)
- Source the sash JPR.
- Somebody for music AFR

- Promotion material (see caretakers about batten)
- Each make logo design
