3. About the Partnership
Columbia College recently established a new
partnership with York Technical College in York

ever leaving York County. The partnership, which
allows students to use existing credits towards a

Stewart, the executive vice president for
academic and student affairs at York
Tech, believes the partnership will create
opportunities for a number of deserving students

4. Conclusion
To start, Columbia will offer bachelor’s degrees in
leadership and professional communication as
well as health communication. Visiting professors
from Columbia will also teach a pair of York
student groups, called cohorts, though students
will need to meet a set of criteria in order to
participate in the program.
