The CRC and Student Union Council (SUC) are recruiting members into DoFAM for the
academic year 2013-14. This Department is not a part of CoSTAA body and hence has no
head. The Department members collectively work to make the best use of assets and the way to
deal finances during a FEST.
Any student is eligible to be a member. Interviews will be conducted for the same, as per the
following details.

September 2013 (Wednesday)
Time: 5:30 PM
Venue: SU room, SAC
Interview panel: CRC members, SUC President and SUC General Secretary.
Roles of DoFAM members as per the charter:
 Every department will have DoFAM member(s) assigned by the CRC (if felt necessary)
to maintain a track of all the finances of the fest. Any purchase of inventory and
merchandise has to be communicated with the DoFAM member(s).
 DoFAM shall monitor the assets in coordination with the General Secretary.
 This department shall maintain EXPENDITURE PROFORMA (for non-billed expenses
of departments) to account for all the transportation costs of DePP, DoSM and all other
departments.
 Manage the sale of merchandise, pro-show tickets, and food coupons.
o (DoFAM deosn’t sell the above mentioned. The department only keeps a track of
the sales and helps the COSTAA body manage assets better)
