On behalf of the Argentine Karate Federation we are pleased to invite you to participate
in the XXVIII Pan American U21, Junior & Cadets Karate Championship, to be
held from August 21 to 28, 2017 in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Given the importance of the event and for a better organization, that is related to
accommodation and transfers from the Airport and the Tournament place, and above all,
for the greatest comfort of all participants (athletes, coaches and companions), the
Travel and Tourism Company ATERRIZAR, which has been appointed as the Official
Company for this Event, will be in charge of offering the following services: Hotels
accommodation, Meals, Tickets, and Transfers.
ATERRIZAR has a limit of booked rooms in each selected hotel, with preferential rates
for the Tournament participants, in which, the airport and the competition center
transfers are included. June 30 th, 2017 is the deadline for submitting your room
reservation requests, which will be assigned to each Federation in order of arrival. It is
vital to take into account that there is a limit of booked rooms in each hotel for this
event; exceeding that limit, another hotel from the list provided should be chosen.
We must inform that on the date of the Championship, the City of Buenos Aires is
receiving a great number of tourists and many congresses are being held, this is why we
suggest making the reservations of the rooms in advance to avoid any inconveniences
on the stipulated dates.
