1. Goal: Meet youth with potentials of our country and their own potentials

2.  This event was in function to meet youth - student with potentials of our
country. This event was a great opportunity for all high school graduates and it
was completely free of charge. It is estimated that 111 high school graduates
from Montenegro will participate but they gave this chance to 200 people, and
there were participants from the region as well.

3. Value of this event for participants
 This was a great chance for youth because
they hear for experiences of people who have
had success to made successful careers in
Montenegro and abroad , and to get useful
information’s and advices for the future.
 Youth could discover their potentials trough
this conference because they had opportunity
to learn some crucial things about : green
economy, low, agriculture- production of
food, education, art, information system’s,
technology, energy and sport from
successful people and etc.
 Youth learned how to activate and develop
their potential cross education and practical
activities.

4. The most common skills and competencies that the
youth in our local area need
 Vision of this school was to develop
creative spirit of youth, learn them about
world of entrepreneurship and to show
them that ideas are the most important
treasure which they can possess
 For success in entrepreneurship or in
any profession person has to had an
idea but it is much more important to
have attitude or decisiveness to make
their own dreams to became the true and
to learn how to they change bad
moments in the life in win’s.

5. The most interesting moment
Djordjije Goranovic owner of meat
industry “Goranovic” talked about it’s own
challenges in private business and how he
made one of the most successful companies
in Montenegro from primary agriculture
production above auto-transporter company
and butcher.
He talked about our unused resources in
agriculture and that we need people who will
be capable and ready to use new knowledge
and technology, and that obligation of our
country is to resolve problems of our
system.
 He gave advice to the youth that if they
wish to be successful in business they
should have knowledge, should be
courageous and possess decisiveness
