College:-Om Shanti Engineering College
   Youth is the main important part of nation as he
    can build and also can destroy the nation.

   So, if youth are unemployed then it will affect
    development of entire nation.

   Now, let’s talk about gujarat the state of india.

   According to indianexpress newspaper there
    were 8.98 lakh unemployed youth registered in
    different employment exchanges in the gujarat
    state
   Migration of people to other state for the job or
    small business.

   Stresses in the unemployed person and
    ultimately problem in his family.

   Basic need ,food cloth and house may not
    satisfied

   For gujarat , no woman will marry with him.
   Exaggeration of any particular field. For guajarat,
    Engineering field and 12th science.

   More emphases on theoretical knowledge rather than
    practical knowledge.

   Nowadays education is not for to teach but it’s for to
    earn.

   For engineering field there are more supply of engineer
    rather than demand of market.

   Government is increasing more and more number of
    seats for engineering field which are not require.
   We have to give knowledge about different field
    at the beginning of 8th or 10th standard

   We have to make them sure about the choice of
    field “choose the field which you most like not
    the field where you will get more money”

    For that we can conduct seminar in different
    school or we can request our government to
    provide special subject in curriculum based on
    the knowledge of different field .
   Government has to provide such kind of syllabus
    which puts more emphases on practical. For that
    we can request vice chancellor of every university.

   There must be synchronization between market
    and college. For that colleges has to train the
    student according to requirement of market or
    industry.

    If college is not doing so than student has to
    increase his ability according to requirement of
    market
   People used to donate money to beggar …but they
    can use their money on write place by making trust
    or organization.

    which recruit the unemployed person (specially
    illiterate person) for the work of cleaning the
    beach , collecting plastics in cities ,planting tree in
    desert etc.

   We can develop facebook group for particular field
    where we can share our technical knowledge .
   If our team spent 3 hour per day for a week then
    we can easily reach to maximum person.

   If we conduct seminar and through other thing we
    can reach about 1000 to 2000 unemployed
    person within a week.
