 Increasing Income inequality between rich and poor.
 Lack of formal jobs for qualified youths.
 Huge gap between urban and rural youth income and
  opportunities.
 Youths from low income families are worse-off in getting
  high-quality education and training.
 Networking for getting desired jobs is not well functioned.
 High interest rate and lack of credit facilities for new start-
  ups.
 Idle wealth is mounting day by day.

 Engaging youths from wealthy families who will provide the
  credits from their idle capital.
 These credits will be used to start new business venture.
 These credits would be totally “Interest Free”
 Best business ideas from youths with sound structure will be
  financed.
 These ventures will create new jobs and             a lot of
  opportunities for the society.
 A bunch of specialists in the relevant business fields would
  mentor the youth entrepreneurs.

   The mentoring procedure would be totally     a
    volunteer service for the society.

   The credit providers would be the owner of the
    shares(e.g. 30% to 60% of the company) of the
    ventures. The percentage of the shares would be
    decided upon mutual understandings.

   Initially we will target 10 wealthy youths to finance
    from their idle family capital.
   Then after selecting the best business ideas, we will
    provide them all mentoring and financial facilities
    about how to start and continue the venture and
    generate profit.
   Then we will continually monitoring them to scale up
    their business which can employ more people.
   Capital providers will get their money back, when the
    business is well enough to profit well. Moreover, they
    will get the profits as per their business shares.
