2. 1st Solution: AYU Student Loan
• According to the survey conducted by AYU,
the lack of practical skills and knowledge is
one of the main causes of unemployment in
Cambodia.
• Therefore, AYU provides Student Loan with
an interest lower than other local
microfinance institutions up to 30%.
• 1000 students are targeted for the first 3
years to get loan on the maximum of $2000—
the average school fee in Cambodia is $350-
$400 per year.

3. 2nd Solution: AYU Recruitment Service
• AYU will transfer all received resumes to our partner companies,
NGOs and governmental agencies, as shown in below picture.

4. Unique Point: AYU Radio
Program
• AYU Radio Program is created to promote AYU services and
seek for more funding/partnership opportunities, as radio can
reach up to 9.8 million people nation-wide.
Reality Check & Feedback
• We’ve contacted a local microfinance institution to be our main partner
for funding AYU Student Loan. Their feedbacks are:
• Policies/Requirements for those come to borrow the loan should be
made carefully.
• Radio Program should be launched only after the other two services
are operated.

5. The Findings of Survey:
• There are 80 youth respondents involved, coming from different
background in terms of education, geography and financial
situation.
• 96% shows interest in AYU Student Loan. 95% expects the interest
of the loan lower than 1.0%. And 99% support AYU Recruitment
Service.
