This document discusses three prepositions: next to, between, and opposite. Next to indicates something is at the side of something else. Between indicates something is in the middle of two other things. Opposite indicates something is directly across from something else.

3. Between. (entre o en medio de )
 The giraffes are between the zebras and the penguins.
 (están entre)

4. Opposite (Enfrente de)
 The monkeys are OPPOSITE the parrots.
 (están enfrente)
