To help ensure our 2014 Volkswagen RFP win and meet our revenue growth goals the VW Regional Marketing 
team is committed to delivering a targeted strategy to support our DSM partners in 2014. 
Objectives: 
1. Grow the integration of Cobalt products within the Volkswagen channel through “needs” based services 
2. Retain the loyalty and longevity of the VW dealer body on Cobalt products and services 
3. Leverage the lift associated with OEM-aligned and OEM-paid advertising in 2014 
4. Support our world-class sales team as the strive to protect and grow their dealers’ digital advertising 
investment through the new Core4 initiative. 
HOW CAN WE MAKE THIS HAPPEN? 
The Cobalt VW team will provide 30-day sales contests to support the Core4 initiative! 
• Focus on pre-call planning and preparation for key meetings each month. 
• RDMMS will facilitate “4-legged” visit/conversation opportunities to sales team members (DSMs, National 
and Inside Sales) with DMC’s, RDMM’s, and VW channel PIC’s 
• Post-visit and conversation recaps 
- Promotes a united front to VW clients and avoids duplication of efforts 
• Complete VW information feedback loop through weekly OEM Newsflash updates and content distribution.
Announcing a monthly VW sales team incentive program to build excitement and grow our business within 
the VW channel! 
• The goal is to provide opportunity for every sales team member to have a greater chance for payout. 
$4,000 Payout Every Month Through December 2014! 
National Core4 Initiative 
$2,000 per month to Top 3 DSMs who complete the most Core4 solution sets (tie breaker is rooftop spend) 
• $1,000 for most converted 
• $600 for 2nd most converted 
• $400 for 3rd most converted 
VW Advertising Initiative 
(4) $500 per month drawings for all DSMs who sell Advertising 
• Every $1,000 sold is an entry for the month 
Incentive Guidelines 
• A Core-4 will be considered completed when a sales team member closes a NEW trio - Advertising (DAP-Power 
Brand) | Power SEO | Rep Man – at a given dealership. 
• Payout will be made within 15 days after the end of each month.
