This document lists liability claims against Haina International Terminal from November 2011 to July 2012. There were over 30 claims totaling hundreds of thousands of dollars in losses. The claims were from shipping companies, importers, and others and involved accidents such as containers falling and damaging ships or cargo, cargo getting wet or missing, and equipment accidents. The document was prepared by an insurance company to document the claims against the terminal over that period.
