Buyer pay the money to Alipay 买家将钱付给支付宝
Alipay announces seller buyer has paid 支付宝通知卖家买家已付钱
Seller sent the item to buyer 卖家发货给买家
Buyer receive the item. Announce Alipay the item is ok 买家通知支付宝已经收到货，商品没问题
Alipay transfer the money to seller 支付宝将钱转付给卖家
If the item is not ok, buyer communicate with seller about the return.when sell agree to return,
Alipay will give the money back to buyer. After which, buyer deliver the item back to buyer.
如果买家认为商品有问题，需要与卖家进行沟通。当卖家同意退货后，支付宝将把货款还给买家。
买家再将商品邮寄回卖家。
