d. Reset Teacher Passwords when necessary

a. Create Student Accounts – Contact District ITS and submit file
b. Edit Student accounts (name change, coaches)
c. Archive Student Accounts when student leave
d. Assign Coaches
e. Transfer students to another classroom

a. Ensure consistent naming convention:
OC = Original Credit
CR = Credit Recovery
Teacher Resource Classroom – for teachers to use as a digital resource (no
students enrolled in this classroom)
Example: CR – Mr. Jones – Geometry 1 – Sem. 1 – 2012-13
(Purpose – Teacher – Content – Semester – Academic Year)
b. Archive Classrooms
A classroom is no longer needed
The end of the academic school year
c. Settings – check to monitor consistency
2. Teacher Tab
a. Add co-teachers
b. Remove teachers if replaced
c. Assign Teacher of Record (primary)
3. Student Tab
a. Add students to a classroom
b. Withdraw students from a classroom if they will not finish. Note: archiving a classroom
automatically withdraws all students not completed.
