win, secure and build strong relationships with clients.
Embedding a ‘customer first culture’ consistently across all employees can be challenging,
yet create sustainable competitive advantage.
HR Director of Skipton Building Society - Chris Worts,
will share with us how he has championed this agenda since 2006
when Skipton became the first financial institution to be awarded
the Customer First accreditation, and go on to be the only UK
building Society to receive official recognition for its commitment
to outstanding customer service for a third, consecutive time.
In their report, the Customer First assessors said: -
"Skipton Building Society's passion for, enthusiasm and loyalty to its customers – and its
desire to offer excellent service – are apparent across all its operations."
