Yes because everyone thought they were visually impaired but not limited because it
does everything a normal person does, can do until better.

What programs do they have? Who frequents them?
I know of no association specializing in visual impairment, in my city.
11. What things could you do at your school to make it easier for a blind person studying
there? Think about things like:
Adopt books with language braille and improve the means of locomotion.
