1. Dry - Dry Drunk Love

ʻBeing drunk on loveʼ is preferable to being in love with a ʻdrunkʼ. That
being said, itʼs also preferable being ʻdrunk on loveʼ than being in love with
an alleged improvement over a drunk thatʼs referred to as a ʻdry drunkʼ.
However, thereʼs the ʻdry - dry drunkʼ, not identified commonly as nearly as
bad as a drunk or dry drunk, but that may not be the case!
Drunks have had prior issues ʻunresolvedʼ, so they bury, or medicate
themselves to avoid dealing with the ʻpain that, if worked through, would be
their gainʼ ironically. ʻDry drunksʼ no longer are drunks, druggies, stoners, or
medicators, but have not ʻcleaned up the ʻissuesʼ that led them down the ʻself medicationʼ paths.
Of course, labeling and identifying these ʻself outcastsʼ does not mean that underneath the
ʻdenial and past roughageʼ doesnʼt embrace a divine, beautiful person capable of as much love
as those free of ʻself love restraintsʼ.
Iʼm categorizing another type of ʻdry drunkʼ that I call a ʻpre
dry drunkʼ, or a ʻdry - dry drunkʼ. Unlike those whoʼve had
ʻsubstance abuseʼ problems, and not cleared the root of
what caused them too, the ʻdry - dry drunkʼ could be anyone
from a vegetarian to a religious moralist. This type of person
avoids substance abuse out of some kind of moral decision,
fear, or guilt, but they do have the same type of uncorrected
issues that the common drunk has, just with a decision to
hide it behind a smile and staying out of the path of those
who can see through the charade. Whether a stage show in
New York is on Broadway, Off Broadway, or Off Off Broadway,
itʼs the same thing! So it is with the drunk, except for their likely overt danger to
others.
All problems unresolved are ʻinvisibleʼ until manifested outwardly. Is it worth not
fixing the ʻinvisibleʼ inside, and putting yourself and others at risk of whatever manifestation
because you find it less painful to hide behind ʻdark habitsʼ, including negative attitudes just
because? Everyone has a ʻtrap doorʼ under them to take them out of their mind/body sooner or
later. Why live trapped in a ʻtrap doorʼ of the mind, body, emotions, and soul out of ignorance
and fear with the answers for ʻrising in consciousnessʼ at everyones fingertips?
The ʻbiggest cons of lifeʼ are those who are ʻsociopaths of lying to themselvesʼ. Love is stronger
than death, and death, without experiencing the fulness of life and love, is but a dead excuse.
Why dream and not live it in fulness?
