2. How to fully utilize the
curriculum
This training curriculum was written for
employees and those with employee mindsets
who desire career progress through the
discovery of their true identity. Proper
application of the concepts within this
training curriculum will result in increase
(mentally, physically, spiritually, socially
and financially) which will cause
"PROMOTION" throughout an organization.
5. “The 7 days of Creation”

6. • As we all know "7" is the number of
completion, perfection (maturity).
• In this discussion, we will become
consciously aware of how the 7 days of
creation in the book of Genesis relates to our
"JOBS" and how we can apply to principles
for the progression and advancement of the
Kingdom.
7. • Remember: A “J.O.B.” is temporary, it is not
permanent. Your job is the CONTAINER that
consists of roles, responsibilities and duties.
• However, If you are constantly growing and
developing in terms of “CAREER” then your
duties, roles and responsibilities will
increase. If you are increasing Spiritually
and Mentally then your “JOB” cannot
contain you. POUR as much of you into the
CONTAINER as possible!

Remember: The day we stand in
is a "KAIROS" day meaning the
right or opportune time (the
supreme moment).
9. ILLUMINATION
Genesis 1:3 - And God said, Let there be
light: and there was light. And God saw
the light, that it was good:
You are a "light" in your appointed
workplace. Your assignment is to
IDENTIFY areas of darkness (problems),
and bring light (solutions) to people
(colleagues and customers), places
(mental and physical locations or
departments) and things (processes,
policies and procedures).

11. SEPERATION
• Genesis 1:8 And God made the
firmament (atmosphere), and
divided the waters which were
under the firmament
(atmosphere) from the waters
which were above the firmament
(atmosphere): and it was so. And
God called the firmament
Heaven.
12. • When you are "SENT" into a particular
location you begin to "DIVIDE." When
division occurs (known as continuous
improvement) the waters under the
firmament which are "EARTHLY",
"CARNAL", "OUTDATED" or "DUSTY"
thoughts are separated from the waters
"ABOVE" the firmament.
• Waters underneath the firmament
result in STAGNATION and INSTABILITY
in our organizations. Waters "ABOVE"
the firmament are ideas that are
originated and inspired by Our Father.
13. GERMINATION
• Genesis 1:11 And God said, Let
the earth bring forth grass, the
herb yielding seed, and the fruit
tree yielding fruit after his kind,
whose seed is in itself, upon the
earth: and it was so.
14. • Old-outdated ideas (waters under
heaven) cause dry land to appear
(refer to Genesis 1:9-10). Though
dry land appears (which should be
observed as an opportunity NOT A
PROBLEM) we should submit our
ideas (waters from above).
• This will cause our colleagues to
submit their ideas which is an
additional supply of seeds and
water to dry ground. Remember
that this is a process. This is the
water (or ideas) being poured into
the container (or JOB).
18. There is no paradise outside of
the garden.. Anything outside
the garden is a gamble...

So we must cultivate our fruit……
19. ELEVATION
Genesis 1:20, 22
Verse 20 - And God said, Let the waters bring
forth abundantly the moving creature
(creations, living being, person) that hath
life, and fowl that may fly above the earth
in the open firmament of heaven.
Verse 22 - And God blessed them, saying, Be
fruitful, and multiply, and fill the waters in
the seas, and let fowl multiply in the earth.
20. The waters (IDEAS) from above will
bring forth CREATIONS that have
“LIFE.”
God will then bless these ideas
(because they have originated in
Him) through your boss ,colleagues
,partners, etc. This agreement allows
us to bring stability to the Earth and
our organizations (no longer being
tossed to and from like the waves of
the sea).
21. IDENTIFICATION
Genesis 1:24 - And God said, Let the
earth bring forth the living creature
after his kind, cattle, and creeping
thing, and beast of the earth after his
kind: and it was so. And God made
the beast of the earth after his kind,
and cattle after their kind, and every
thing that creepeth upon the earth
after his kind: and God saw that it
was good.
22. The ideas (or creations) that are
produced should incorporate His
Personality. We should be able to
“determine” that our creations
represent His DNA (Divine
Nature Activated). Can you see
Him in what you have
PRODUCED?
23. Destination
Genesis 2:1, 2
Thus the heavens and the earth
were finished, and all the host of
them. And on the seventh day
God ended his work which he
had made; and he rested on the
seventh day from all his work
which he had made.
24. REST!
Since we have reached completion (or
maturity) in our creation process, we
can rest. This results from “PRACTICE”
and the cultivation our gifts. If our
ideas or creations originate and
have been blessed by Him, the “WORK”
we have “PRODUCED” is complete. The
process of creation has reached
maturity, but what has been created,
25. “The Work” may still requiring
some monitoring for continuous
improvement.
39. A system of thought is “CORRECT”
according to the perception of
those who created the system.
With that being said….
40. • A degree as defined by The
Freedictionary.com is one of a
SERIES OF STEPS IN A PROCESS,
COURSE OF PROGRESSION – A
STAGE.
• So, as you progress through
different phases, stages or
processes your degrees of
knowledge expand.
41. Per Wikipedia:
Latitude is a geographic coordinate that
specifies the north-south position of a point
on the Earth's surface. Lines of constant
latitude, or parallels, run east–west as
circles parallel to the equator.
Longitude is a geographic coordinate that
specifies the east-west position of a point on
the Earth's surface. It is an angular
measurement, usually expressed in degrees.
43. • In order to expand your territory
(NATURALLY), the region called,
“YOUR MIND” has to expand
(SPIRITUALLY).
• Expansion is a dimensional term in
reference to the degree or extent
(extension) of INFLUENCE, and has
nothing to do with going to the next
level or climbing up steps or stairs
(LOL!).
48. UPREACH = THOSE YOU PULL FROM.
OUTREACH = THOSE YOU EXCHANGE WITH.
DOWNREACH = THOSE YOU POUR INTO.
49. • These are dimensions and
descriptions of His Personality on
the inside of a “RELATIONAL”
people.
• These descriptions are not
limited to a person’s age, but are
according to the GRACE AND
GIFTS that is on the inside of the
people.
