2. BIKING First activity we did when we get to Qing Yuan is Biking. As you can see, there were new bicycle waiting for first group, after having bike, there was no kinds of those clean Bike. As I ride, it was so hard because for long time, I didn’t ride bicycle, in addition, it was first time in my life having mountain bike. There were too much stones, rocks and mud which disturbs as our way. It was funny but also painful since we have to go up many times, needs to do pedal for long time, and mud make us dirty and fell down.
3. Rock Climbing TIRED…… BUT HAVE TO CLIMB GOOD LUCK Rock Climbing….. Activity that I don’t really want to talk about. On the Second day, we did Rock climbing, and I failed on reaching top. There were two section, and since I failed on one side, I retried, however, failed. After failing on first time, I promised to myself that I will reach the top until I die, however, I didn’t die, just failed. Haha Jung Woo what are you looking at? Found bugs on your legs?
4. Rock climbing My friend made it!~!~!!:@ He said this is first time he climbed rock. This is the picture when I failed on first time Exhausted….. This guy promised that he will not going to reach top, but he did!
5. Catapult What are you doing Chris? Fixing? On second day in the morning, our grouped task was to make Catapult. There were three groups, my group, another boys and girls group. Six Bamboo was given, and our job was to make Catapult. Since there was making expert on our group, he did everything on making. We did not have any conflict while making because there was no people who was disagreeing with ideas, had same ideas. After making, we used Catapult to throw water balloon at girls, but, it did not exploded quickly, therefore, we get in trouble as well when balloon was on girls hands. For me, whenever I throw, it did not exploded, but keep throwing until it explode, was so fun. I actually enjoyed making catapult since one of my dream was building catapult. HAHA ANDY Our Catapult is way better than yours!
6. School… Service… Umm ghost? Dancing? Or exercising? So…. On Wednesday Morning, we headed to Local School. We walked to school… When we get there, the first thing that we did was waiting first children to finish their morning job. Something unexpected happened, they had a morning exercise, and we needed to do it as well………….. It’s been so long that I did not have school exercise since I came to China. Then, we have first class, teaching English. My first class were so good, listen and follow us very well, there was no hard time in teaching them. However, on Second period, darn it, do I have to play games with them? They are so loud, does not listen to us at all, TROUBLE MAKER!!!!! For 40 minutes, I think what I did was talking fighting with them. Luckily, our last class was my first class, they listened very well, there was no hard time playing games with them. I was really proud of them who listened and followed me and my group very well. I really wish to teach them again. I think, my first and last teaching and playing was successful, except for second period since there were too much trouble maker. Take a rest JUMP JUMP
7. Angel? Haha NO~!NEVER !!!! Oh man!! We are SO FAMOUS!!! SADLY, I‘M NOT THERE. ㅠㅠㅠㅠ OH~~~ they are smiling and laughing. Think they are good boy? THEY ARE TROUBLE MAKER WHO DID NOT LISTEN TO US! Then why they are laughing? THAT’S BECAUSE THEY KNOW THEY ARE TAKING PHOTO! SORRY GUYS WE ARE BUSY TO TEACH, NO TIME FOR SIGN!! LOL
8. Camping Hahahaha Second last activity that we have done before returning home. Camping… it was so painful in the beginning until ends… Let me tell you why. After finishing teaching, went to Pan’s family (I will tell you later about this) and came back, headed to field. Then, we formed group, then with two bamboos, two small and big cover, some ropes, we started to build our shelter. Of course.. Lots of problem. I was so tired because whatever I planned, did not work very well. Therefore, I actually leave building shelter to Jason, just helped getting equipment and supporting him. That makes my feeling much better. It took about two hours to build our shelter, I was so tired!! After done in building shelter, there was another tasks waiting us, getting firewood. I get many as I can, then, played with friends until Dinner is ready. To Be Continued~~~~~ Just Pictures Not related to camping AT ALL.
9. Camping Second story Before it gets dark, everyone had dinner. After finishing dinner, we started to play, with using laser, we played Limbo, and laser game we made. There are four laser light pretending it’s security lights for something, and some people have to pass without getting touch. I was on who played, with rolling, jumping, I didn’t get caught, played very well with my friends. Then, everyone gathered around the fire, talking scary story. But, I had to wash dishes first for punishment, people who used plastic bowl, I don’t know who did but they putted on trashcan, therefore, me, Brian, Ji Hyun and peter cleaned up dishes. Since I was used to wash dishes, it was fun for me because for long time, I didn’t wash dishes. Then, I rejoined the groups, listened to scary story. Bum Soo: I QUIT! Joe: OMG Monster!!! Busy Busy Do not play Hee Jae!!
10. Camping Third Story From now on, you’ll hear my painful story. After speaking scary story, we headed back to camp, try to have a sleep. However, I couldn’t because I was guard of my tent, have to protect my teammates from bugs. Therefore, starting 10:30~ 12:30 I stayed awake, blocking entrance with mosquito nets and my sleeping bags. I checked every 30 to 40 minutes, watching animation with Hee Jae to stay awake. Jong Chan and Jason was talking each other, then, everyone fell asleep. I woke up at 2 o’clock, OMG protection shield is broken. Therefore, I repair it with my sleeping bag, back pack and mosquito net for 5 minutes. Before that, I went outside for night wind, coming back, I saw Hee Jae coming out, taking him to Bathroom. Then, Jason and Jong Chan came out for bathroom, then, Joe. For 10 minutes, I couldn’t go in because I am the one who have flashlights, need to leads them to bathroom. Then, coming back inside, fixing inside nets again. Then, every 20 minutes, I double checked them, therefore, gets in trouble by Jong Chan and Jason by turning lights on. ㅠㅠㅠㅠ They tell me to go sleep, however, I can’t since there is not enough place to lay down, and protection was broken once again. Around 2:30 Jong Chan and Jason woke up, Jong Chan headed back to his tent (his tent was collapsed by some rood people so he came to our side) Jason stayed outside and did not come back. Around 3:40, I head outside with finishing protection, stayed awake until sun rises with friends. It was painful since I couldn’t go to sleep but protect, but fun as well, protecting friends from bugs by my hands. However, I am hoping to not have this kinds of camping any more. This is picture during making, not protecting. There is no picture of night time. ㅠㅠ
11. Mud Caving Well… for this, I didn’t enjoy very much since mud disturb my way going in first. Our job for this activity is to answering questions on paper while exploring the cave. Well, I was the timer, telling my groups the time. With group, I went to find the questions, and for some reason, we skipped 2,3,4 and found 5,6,7,8. It was so dark in there, without flashlights, cannot walk. Also, it was like maze for me, so, I was scared to be lost. When I came out, my under was wet and muddy, not feeling good. But, the thing that I felt bad about was, getting suspect. The questions were moved a little bit, and there was smiling faces, and instructor asked us whether we did it or not. After asking question, they just moved on. I know that it was not my group who did that because my group came out first, did not moved or draw anything, but we were called and think we are the second group…. For me, mud caving was scary during doing it, but not so exciting.
12. Pan’s Family Earlier, I mentioned about Pan’s family. What I saw there was very old house on the mountain, people playing cards game and stairs. Visiting Pan’s family was not funny was well because there is no interesting things on there, but houses and stairs. One thing I can say is, too much bugs, but really good environment, good view around pan’s family on top of the balcony. In there, we had a biology lesson with Mr. Mcelroy, but I didn’t listen because I was so tired, so I was just looking mountain until I hear “let’s go”. I’m not saying I didn’t hear any, but some of it, I didn’t listen at all.
