librarians?
English teachers who don't even try to read
the books their 'clients' are interested in.

English teachers who refuse to accept that
kids have different taste to them - Mr Pip!

And those English teachers who've read a
couple of books, 5 years ago .... and show
only those books to students.
You gotta keep current.

experience with the books students can
read and would want to read

A decent budget
Staff who know YA literature and read it
and prove they are interested
Ways for students to get together and
discuss reading
& Make it fun!
