There are two common definitions: repeated unreasonable behavior directed at a worker that risks health and safety, and behavior that a reasonable person would expect to victimise or threaten a worker that also risks health and safety. If an employee thinks they are being bullied, they can check their organization's policy and definitions, then discuss it with management. Depending on severity, employees can ask for education, mediation, or a formal investigation. If unsatisfied internally, employees can contact the state WorkSafe agency or Fair Work Commission.
