You need to find a number so you pick up your phone book. It stares back at you fearlessly while you cower
in its monstrous presence. There are so many pages in this huge book and they are so thin. The print is so
fine it is almost impossible to read and you do not know whether you should be looking in the white pages or
the yellow pages. You flip it open and helplessly start leafing through the pages. You flip back and forth,
trying to find the correct name and you keep missing it and then going too far. Things would be so much

The phone book is quickly becoming less and less popular because it is so much easier to find phone numbers with an online phone
directory. Today?s generation is even confronted with the problem of not understanding how to use a phone book because they use

where your number is by searching alphabetically and that is only after you have figured out whether you need to be looking in the
white pages or the yellow pages. Simply finding the right page for the number is time consuming and can be annoying because the
pages are so thin and you might miss your page a number of times.
After you finally do find the right page, you then have to scroll down the fine print to the correct section. It is often easy to miss the
number you are looking for because the numbers are so small. Once you finally do find the correct business or last name, you then
have to look for the person with the same first name or the business with the correct address. Once you finally do this you have to
carefully move your finger across the same line to the phone number. It is easy to mistakenly call a wrong number that is right next to
the one you desire. All of these problems would be avoided with an online phone directory.
An online phone directory is much easier to use and is also much more convenient for finding numbers than a phone book. With an
online phone directory, all you have to do is go to an online phone directory webpage and then fill in the appropriate forms. It is easy
to find an online phone directory if you do not already know the web address to one. All you need to do is type in online phone
directory into Google or another search engine and one will come right up. Once you have pulled up an online phone directory, simply
fill out the information you know that it asks you and press enter. If you have enough knowledge about the number you are looking for,
the online phone directory will immediately give you the correct number to call. This is so much faster than looking for a number in a
phone book and also so much easier. Any time you need a number try using an online phone directory instead of a phone book.
