At www.extension.org, the system searches for possible answers before allowing a person’s question
to go to the AaE system.
Because of new programming, the online AaE system and FAQ system often don’t automatically work
together. Be sure to copy the question and your answer into Notepad or Word so you can copy and
paste them if necessary.
Edit your question and answer so they aren’t specific and can stand alone.
Click on “Convert this question into an FAQ.”
Login again if requested.
Copy and paste edited question and answer if necessary, or edit AaE question and answer that
appears.
Key in tags, and save.
In workflow, select workflow state as “ready to review.”
Jot down a message to the reviewer, and save then log out. Two people on the CoP team will review it.
