• “An organization is an organized group of people, who work
together in an organized way for common objective.”
• Organization is the form of every human association for the
attainment of common purpose and the process of relating
specific duties or function in a whole.
• The organizational climate is relatively enduing quality of the
internal environment that is experienced by its members,
influence their behavior and can be described in terms of the
value of a particular set of characteristics of the organization.

termed organization effectiveness .
There should be relation between organizational
effectiveness and performance .
