2. In Out of My Mind there is a girl who is physically disabled and
wants to be normal and get her thoughts out to the real world,
but faces bullying as well her name is Melody. She is constantly
insulted just because she doesn’t have the same fundamentals
as them, but as long as she waits opportunity calls. While she is
in computer class she sees a device that can help her talk.
Then she and her classmates enter a quiz contest tryout and
Melody makes It and people understand that Melody is smart.
And Clair A.K.A. the bully lies and says she is Melody’s friend.
Then Penny gets hit by their car but is thankfully okay, and
Melody does not make her flight to D.C. but she finds out how
to kick it to the curb and get over it.

4. Melody is an ace at being on the quiz team , because her team is going to Nationals
in Washington D.C., so she is very intelligent and does not like math whatsoever,
(that’s her weak subject), not only is she an ace at the real competition but she
soared past the deciding test with a 100, therefore she is a super smart girl.
Eric the Red was a violent man. He discovered a country, Greenland, and got
kicked out of one. He was also a Norse Chieftain at the new country, an outlaw from
getting kicked out of his old country, he was a Viking who easily lost his temper, and
gave Greenland a false name.
5. “Yes it’s my first quiz competition of my life!” I screeched through my medi-talker.”Me
Melody Brooks is going to have a quiz off!” Then I hear the most exasperating noise but
I can’t place what it is. Then it appears, it’s a huge Viking swinging his axe but then he
erupted the words ” Me participate now!”the words were strong enough to smash bricks
so I was as scared as a deer during hunting season! Then he walked up to the stage
and smashed the button, then all of a sudden the machine flashed because he got the
right answer! I thought it was pure luck and I heard Clair say he got lucky, because of
that he whipped around his sword in rage and threw it into the ground. It was right in the
sun so I saw blue dots dance in front of my eyes. Then he stormed off through the door
and then it felt like I was the deer again but this time hunting season was over. Then my
mom swooped me up and happily applied the words “Oh Melly Belly I’m so overjoyed
you’re in one piece. After that in record time I was home with Mom, Dad, Penny, and
Butterscotch. As I was sitting down it felt like the ending of a scene in a good movie.
