2 teaspoons vanilla
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

3 cups uncooked quick-cooking oats

1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F(165 degrees c)
2. Combine sugar and butter in large bowl. Beat at medium
speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy.
3. Add eggs, chocolate and vanilla; continue beating, scraping
bowl often, until well mixed.
4. Reduce speed to low; add flour, baking powder and salt.
5. Beat until well mixed. Stir in oats and chocolate chips by
hand.
6. FREEZE- Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls, 2-inches
apart, onto ungreased cookie sheets.
7. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until set.
