Explained below is Disaster Recovery plan of Bespoke Digital Media. The plan to be loffowe
in case of emergency or unforeseen natural calamity:
In case of any unforeseen disaster shifting of office can be divided into following parts:-
1. Record of all equipments transferred
2. Transfer Connectivity to new Location
3. Transfer all assets / equipments to safe location.
4. Start operations for Sales team
5. Make new office operational
Record of all equipments transferred
1. Following persons will be responsible for keeping record of all equipments being
moved out of this office:-
a. S1
b. R1
c. M1
d. P1
e. C1
Transfer Connectivity
1. Vishal will call Reliance & ask them to transfer connectivity to new location.
Assets / Equipments Transfer
1. IT Equipments time required 4 hrs
2. Files & other documents time required 30 min
3. Furniture & Fixtures time required 24 hrs
IT Equipments
1. Equipments in Server Room
2. UPS
3. Thin Clients, PC’s, TFT’s etc.
4. Phone instruments
Server Room Equipments
Time required for vacating Server Room – 3 hrs 30 min.
Team – K1, SU1, 4 Loaders
Items Required
1. Tool Box – 02 nos.
2. Empty Box with packing material – 20 nos.
3. Labeling Machine - 01 no.
Process
1. Shutdown Servers – 20 min. – K1 / SU1
2. Remove HDD from all Servers & Label them – 15 min. – K1t / SU1
3. Pack all HDD – 10 min. – SU1
4. Make entries of HDD and transfer them to sale location – 15 min - SU1
5. Remove Servers from Rack – 30 min – K1t / SU1

2. 6. Pack Servers. Label all packing’s. Make entries – 2 hrs - K1t / SU1 and 2
helpers. Transfer all servers to safe location
7. Servers will be transferred in car or some private vehicle only to avoid
damage to Servers.
8. K1t & SU1 will be responsible for safe transportation of Servers.
9. This process includes UPS in Server Room
Network Equipments
Time required for removing Network equipments - 2 hrs
Team involved – MA1, Naveen + 2 Helper
Process
1. Switch off all Switches & Router – 5 minutes – MA1
2. Remove Patch Chords - 15 min. – MA1
3. Pack Patch Chords. Label all boxes – 15 min
4. Remove Switches from Rack – 30 min – MA1
5. Pack all switches. Label boxes. Make Entries – 45 min. – MA1, 1 Helper
6. Handover boxes for transportation
7. Same process will be followed by MA1 & 1 Helper upstairs.
8. Hand over Racks to Transporter after making entries.
PC’s, Thin Clients, Phones
Time required - 30 min
Items Required - Packing Bags – 100
Packing Material
Team involved - K.K. , A1, H1, 6 Helpers
Process
1. Switch off all PC’s / Thin Clients & remove cables – 15 min
2. Pack all cables, mouse, keyboards, thin clients separately – 30 min
3. Label all packing’s – 15 min
4. Hand over packing’s to transporter after making entries
5. Transfer all TFT’s in private cars

Files & other office Documents
1. Ownership of moving files & other official documents will be with respective
Department Heads
2. Department Heads will collect bags from storage room
3. Pack all files & documents in the bag – 15 min
4. Label all bags – 10 min
5. Hand over bags to transporter after making entries.
Execution of pt. 4,5 depends on availability of alternative location
