In order to succeed in recruiting developers, you need a solid understanding of what motivates developers to work for an employer. Most recruiters lack an understanding of the target group. In this presentation I have highlighted the specifics of the developer talent market in DACH/CEE and focused on research that will help you to better understand developers.
