 Share - with people in your life what you are up to
 Be organized – prepare in advanced
 Journey – experiment, try new things!
 Find something you love – spin, Zumba, walk
 Join a Group, sign up for an event
 It’s a lifestyle not a fad!
 Mastery – takes practice!
NEVER GIVE UP!! It’s a journey..
Things to Remember:
 Good Fats – avocado, fish, seeds, nuts
 Fiber – flax, veggies & fruit
 Water – 8 glasses a day!
 Read labels!!
 Small meals more frequently!
 Fresh herbs and spices
 Vinegars and broth
 Get inspired!
