2. App and Device
• Put it on when you go outside
• Shoots 1 geotagged picture every minute
• Take it off when you go inside
• At the end of each day, the app will compile
those images into one image using photo-
blending software to generate an image
comprised of your personal outdoor
experience
3. Photo-blending
• Each photo taken per minute could have its width
shrunk, but kept the same height
• Then, depending on how many photos were taken, the
app would squish all the photos evenly so that the
photo generated remains the standard pixel ratio
(2592x1936 for iPhone 4)
OR
• The app could take information about each
photo such as the brightness or color
• Then generate an image composed of the
overall average brightness or color of the day
4. Geotagging
• The app could geo-tag your location in
each photo that the device captures
• Then compile each location and create a
visual map to accompany the daily
generated image of your outdoor
experience
5. Other possibilities…
• At the end of the day, an interactive map could be
generated and one could “walk” through the
images that were taken throughout the day and
be able to re-live the entire outdoor experience
(this could be done over the course of a week,
month, year, etc.)
• Or maybe instead of taking 1 picture per minute,
the camera could be light/temp sensitive and
take a picture every time it sensed there was a
change in light or temperature
