8. Construction Details
• Pad will be 80’ x 60’ with concrete floor sloping toward
underground center containment tank.
• Two 60’ x 12’ bi-fold doors.
• Office and chemical storage will be enclosed rooms
connected to covered containment pad.
• There will be no above ground utilities.
• No plumbing or septic system is planned at this time.
• Water will be obtained by purchase from rural water
district.
• Parking space for 2-3 vehicles will be in front of office.
• Signage will be limited to business office door.
