Beyoncé recorded a remix of the song "I'm Kissing You" written and originally performed by Des'ree. While the songs had similar meanings, their lyrics were different. The author believes it is only okay if Beyoncé received permission from Des'ree to record a remix since Des'ree was the original songwriter. Songwriters and singers should create their own original work instead of relying on altering other artists' songs without permission.

• British diva Desree Weeks co-wrote “I’m Kissing You”

Deluxe Edition "Still in Love (Kissing You)". Issuing these
types of re-releases that include Latin remixes and a
new song their label so that they can go cut some new

• My opinion is that unless if Beyonce got
permission from Desree than its okay!
• Also if isn’t written from her Desree wrote it
and song write and singing should do there
own bit.
• The song can have the same beat but must
