Global Clean Water Challenges
Currently across
America over 4,200
municipalities can not
provide adequate fresh,
healthy water
Water scarcity from
droughts, pollution and
failing infrastructure are a
drain on the economy, and
quality of life.
America needs to tackle water
challenges before they get worse,
as the Nation’s population is
expected to increase to over 400
million by 2050.
Polluted and toxic waters have
created health and wellness concerns
in many municipalities, including the
every increasing “boil alerts”.
Worldwide 3.2 billion people
live in water stress, and this is
expected to increase to 5.0
billion by 2050
Worldwide over 2.2 billion
people use contaminated
and polluted water,
affecting health and life.
Every day, over 1,000 children
under the age of 5 die from
diarrhea attributed to poor
water and sanitation
American Clean Water Challenges
Water shortages are
creating tensions between
industry and consumers,
and cities and regions,
“water wars”

liters/day) of fresh, healthy, potable water. Enough for about 50,000
people’s most essential daily drinking and hygienic water needs.
• An economic capital investment of about $14M per location for an
independent water generating asset, that generates annual IRR +12%,
with a +30 year useful life.
• Creation of 10 – 15 full-time valuable, respectful “green collar” jobs.
• Annual revenue/sales of about $20 million providing local reliable
Municipal and State taxes.
• The most competitive, lowest cost of high quality drinking water

• The most resilient water solution providing water security to local
residents and businesses , also in times of disasters.
• Advanced EV “green” charging for auto s and trucks
ENVIRONMENTAL BENEFITS

(“AWG”), the air that does not exploit precious ground water which is often
stressed from water scarcity, subsidence, salt-water intrusion, toxic forever
chemicals, and other
• SkyH2O STATIONTM do not require water to be shipped in from far away
locations that produce a large carbon footprint.
• SkyH2O STATIONTM distributes water at the point of generation avoiding
decrepit and vulnerable water infrastructure
• Bottling is with advanced reusable and recyclable containers reducing “tons
of one time use plastics”
• SkyH2O STATIONTM are strategically located within urban areas to most
efficiently supply water to local residents and businesses, minimizing costly
and polluting transportation .
• SkyH2O STATIONTM are NetZero; NetZeroEnergy, NetZeroWaste,
NetZeroWater
SkyH2O STATIONTM to roll-out in strategic locations starting in TEXAS as of 2022
