Case Study
In UTM, students always have plenty of problems towards
transportation.
One of it is student always have problem with car sticker
registration.They have to register manually at Security Office
and College Office which are too far and might be burden for
them.
Secondly, student have problem to estimate the actual time for
the pick up bus either late or not especially at the pick hour.
Lastly, student always facing problem to travel or hangout
outside of the campus if they do not have any transport
especially for first year student.

Objective
1. Helps student in transportion problem.
2. Helps student to register UTM sticker easily.

I. Student hard to reach the Security Office
II. Student hard to catch up with the actual time for the bus to arrive at the
particular bus stop
III.Student need to be updated about the shuttle bus position in UTM.
IV.Student hard to find delivery services as they are not linked each other.
Problem
5. Problem Solution
From the apps, we can use online registration to apply the UTM sticker and
does not have to go to the office and it is really easy for the student.
We can put GPS inside the bus, so we can link their current location with our
apps.
We collect all the data and information about the delivery services exist into
one system or apps.
7. Background
a) We collected some idea and function from the apps " MyTaxi " and apply it to
our apps. The idea is we can know the current position of the bus and we can
estimate the time that the bus will come.
b) We refer from UTM Vehicle Reservation Management System on how they key
in and collected the data for the form and apply it to our UTM Sticker and it can
reject student appliances if they did not fulfill the requirement needed.
c) We refer from apps " Trivago " on how they organised, provide and list all the
available services into our Delivery System.
