2. Collecting offers

• Ask for an offer giving as many details as possible
• Schedule deadline
• Thank for offers and specify the term of answering
• Keep the contacts of persons who gave you offers

3. Negotiation and selection
•

Select at least 3 most appropriate offers

•

Organize meeting to clarify offer, conditions, term and prices

•

Select the perfect offer, replay and thank all participants

Always select offers that match non-emotional indicatiors. The only
emotion available is comfort.

4. Signature and archiving
•

Before signing the contract read it carefully and apply your corrections

•

Do not sign the contract if anything is unclear or imprecise

•

Each element of the cooperation must be included in the contract

•

Sign the contract, archive your copy of it

•

Mark clearly the date of termination of the contract. In case of indefine period, take
the date of one year from signing

5. Renegotiation
•

Review the contract after one year (or before termination)

Is the contract executed as expected
Is the price and offer still attractive due to current market
What can be changed
What you do not want to change

•

Meet with a representative of the company and renegotiate the contract. Try to
get any form of discount or bonus

Never make decision based on emotional choices. Even nicest dealer may be
selling bad product. Always judge reasonably and in accordance with the
guidelines of your company

Renegotiation is a natural point of cooperation. Do not be afraid to talk about
discounts for you business

everyone will offer you that. Do not take the offer you do not like. Work with
