We use 3 major prongs to teach real-life
transition skills:
1. Mail Delivery
2.Greenhouse
3.Community Outings
4. “Pony Mail"
• This is our in-system mail delivery service
– We use the special education bus
– Run the route on Tuesdays and Thursdays
– Pick up & deliver mail (that is sent within the
system) at central office and schools
– Students have mail bags & are responsible for
one building (BHS, BMS, BES, CES, Central
Office, etc.) per student.
