Fine Chemical (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (China) develop and manufacture
quality performance release agent, marking paint, anti-finger print
varnish, lubricants, and grease for tire, steel, rubber hose, polyurethane,
and die casting manufacturing.
Our group started in 1991 with the sale and distribution of
industrial lubricants and premium grease. In 1992, we expanded our
focus to include tire release agents for the automotive industry with the
introduction of non-silicone and aqueous-based release agent for the tire
uniformity process (RE-20008M). The development of this first product
was the benchmark for the development of other products that satisfy
the changing needs of the tire manufacturing industry. Our dedication to
listen to our customers based on detailed consultation, product quality
and proximity of production location close to our main markets make us a
reliable partner. We provide a full portfolio of tire release agent products
and strive to enhance the production efficiency of our customers.

Description

HL-S Series is a solvent-based marking paint used for
identification on green tread rubber surfaces after the
extrusion and before the curing process. The HL-S Series
is offered in a wide range of firm and excellent contrasting
colors. While it has a high temperature resistance, the HL-S
Series is not designed to be subjected to vulcanization
between rubber layers.

Application

HL-S Series is a “ready to use” product and does not require
additional dilution. User must determine the most appropriate
way of application in each case.
Before its application, HL-S Series should be homogenized and
agitated (10 or 20 rpm) in its original container. Depending on
the viscosity of the final product ordered, occasional mixing is
required during the normal period of usage.
HL-S系列属于即开即用型产品，无需进行稀释。用户必须
根据不同情况来确定最适用的涂抹方式。
涂抹之前，应先将HL-S系列在原容器中均匀搅拌（10或

5. MAR-800 Mandrel Release Agent 胶管脱芯剂
Description
说明
MAR- 800 is silicone-free mandrel release agent for peroxide
cured EPDM. MAR-800 is chemically stable and inert and
hence does not influence the physical properties or the
surface texture of the rubber. It does not leave any residue on
the surface of the mandrel.

MAR-800 is applied by dipping. Excess amounts should be
wiped off for an even coating of the mandrel.
