Fine Chemical (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (China) develop and manufacture
quality performance release agent, marking paint, anti-finger print
varnish, lubricants, and grease for tire, steel, rubber hose, polyurethane,
and die casting manufacturing.
Our group started in 1991 with the sale and distribution of
industrial lubricants and premium grease. In 1992, we expanded our
focus to include tire release agents for the automotive industry with the
introduction of non-silicone and aqueous-based release agent for the tire
uniformity process (RE-20008M). The development of this first product
was the benchmark for the development of other products that satisfy
the changing needs of the tire manufacturing industry. Our dedication to
listen to our customers based on detailed consultation, product quality
and proximity of production location close to our main markets make us a
reliable partner. We provide a full portfolio of tire release agent products
and strive to enhance the production efficiency of our customers.
Our product portfolio provides solution to the challenges
encountered in manufacturing of industrial products. All our products

PUR-600 is designed for flexible polyurethane systems utilized
in various applications including automotive (headrest and
backrest), office and household furniture (cushions and
armrest), and footwear (soles and insoles).

Application
应用
Before its application, the concentrated PUR-600 must be
diluted with solvent up to 1:15 by volume, depending on
spray amount and temperature of mold. The recommended
solvents are White Spirit 80 (through White Spirit 140) and
dichloromethane mixed at ratio of 1:1 or 1:2. Alternatively,
aliphatic hydrocarbons with boiling range 80 - 140OC can be
used.
The final product is applied using airless air spray gun.
在应用之前，必须把浓缩的 PUR-600按体积用溶剂稀释到
1:15，取决于喷涂量和模具温度。推荐的溶剂是1:1或1:2
的比例的石油溶剂80（来自石油溶剂 140）和二氯甲烷的
