The use of the product is regulated by what specified in the LICENCE AGREEMENT

This LICENCE CERTIFICATION has to be considered the proof the product was
regularly purchased and it can be used to take advantage of the assistance service.
It must be kept in a safe place.

FORBIDDEN USE
This product cannot be copied or modified. One backup copy only is allowed. Multiple installations of the same CDROM as
well as multiple copies of it are subjected to commercial agreement with the Vendor .
RIGHTS
All the rights related to this software and documentation are Vendor property: they are protected by applicale Laws and
International Regulations on Copyright. For any violation, sanctions will be applied according to the applicable laws.
GUARANTEE
The Vendor guarantees the product is compliant with what specified in the related documentation: the supports used for
distribution are guaranteed too.
The Vendor will substitute, without any charge, defective supports within 90 days from the purchasing date, upon return of the
defective material itself.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Vendor cannot be considered responsible for any damage (direct or indirect or accidetal) consequent to improper use of
the product and of the related documentation even if the Vendor or its legal representatives will be informed about this
possibility..
