2. Firstly, I opened publisher and inserted a file from my computer.
When I had inserted my image, I then went
to word art and inserted words. I then
stretched the word art across the top of the
picture o create a masthead, I then edited
and changed the colour of the word art by
right clicking on the word art and then
selecting format word art.
3. I then added features, and buttons onto the magazine cover to attract readers, I also put a quote
on the front cover. I added the features and buttons, using word and also by inserting shapes, I
did this by selecting the ‘insert shape button’ drew the shape I wanted, and then changed the
colour by formatting it the same as I did using word art. I then arranged the features so that they
were eye catching and matched the theme of the magazine. This is a rough guide to how i created
my magazine front cover using publisher.
