o Reviewing, redlining and drafting the different types of Contract like

procurement.
o Negotiating the clauses, terms and conditions of contract with
Suppliers of Client.

o Used tool like “Ariba”, EchoSign for Contractual process.
o Also other responsibilities like, preparing reports, helping new joiners,

Worked as Process Specialist
Responsibilities:
o Worked as QA for Contract review and Abstraction of Master Service
Agreements (MSA) done by Level 1 Analyst.
o Reviewing and redlining and drafting the different types of Contract for
marketing.
o Abstracting various fields and maintain database of same in
recommended software, word Document and Excel.

G-lexsys Legal Systems Pvt. Ltd. (28th Nov 2008 – 29th Dec 2009)
Role
o Legal Drafting: Prepared legal draft on patent 025, patent 125 & patent
632 of patent infringement cases for 1st & 2nd project.
o Document Review: Reviewed documents of patent infringement case
and separated those documents in forms like pictures, agreements,
drawings, etc and also we separated those documents with their
respective companies for 3rd project.
o Privilege mails: Searched the privileged mails for our client with the
help of Microsoft outlook for 4th project.
o Contract Review: We reviewed different contracts and we have to
compare those contracts with our terms and also we have to find that
terms are having insurance and also indemnified.
Highlights
o Successfully handled on 4 projects of company, first two are relating to
legal drafting, 3rd & 4th is relating to document reviewing.
o Selected for Quality team.

Role
o Managing the Software like Concordance which was used for Project.
o Document Review: Issue tagging & separating of documents. (Issue
tag as Prior art, obviousness, etc. & Document type as a USPTO, RLA,
Pleading, etc)
o Objective coding: Objective coding of those documents in 13 different
fields.
