The retail and credit banking specialist, who wanted to implement
personalized dashboards for a close monitoring of its activities, has chosen
to rethink its « historical » infrastructure by chosing a new generation tool
and quickly deploy new & collaborative dashboards. For this matter, the

Finally, though harder to measure, the value of « process
monitoring » by its owners, does have significant impact on the increase
