Eg: Sit on a chair and try to lift it
without touch the legs on the floor

• Eg: A car is pushed to move from
outside

• Eg: Two people standing on the

Eg: A man hit a ball

• Eg: push a table with hands

• Eg: apple falling down from an apple
tree due to gravitational force of earth.

• Force is required to move an object
from a state of rest.
• Force is required to change the direction
of an object moving in a particular
direction.

direction force is to be applied in
