• Child molestation is a deep-root health problem children face with the most
serious array of consequences.
• They suffer from feeling of shame, guilt, anger and hostility, decreased self-
esteem, inability to show a positive relationship in adulthood.
• They also face academic problems which may lead to self-threatening
behaviours, psychiatric disorders, substance abuse, suicidal thoughts and attempts
• One of the most important strategies in eliminating child abuse is achieved by
implementing measures of prevention.

12. Multi-interventional package refers to a systematically
planned and developed role play video entitled as “Rooby” which
is written and directed by the researcher and a cartoon book
named as “Karyakkudukka” prepared by the researcher in local
language. The package will be administered as displaying the role
play video and explaining the cartoon book to the children by the
researcher after administering the pretest.
