2. โUntil one is committed, there is hesitancy, the
chance to draw back - Concerning all acts of
initiative (and creation), there is one elementary
truth that ignorance of which kills countless ideas
and splendid plans: that the moment one definitely
commits oneself, then Providence moves too. All
sorts of things occur to help one that would never
otherwise have occurred. A whole stream of events
issues from the decision, raising in one's favor all
manner of unforeseen incidents and meetings and
material assistance, which no man could have
dreamed would have come his way. Whatever you
can do, or dream you can do, begin it. Boldness
has genius, power, and magic in it. Begin it now.โ

16. 2011-2015: 5-YEAR VIEW
Observations:
โขMLE in 2nd
Half of 2015 โ โKidBugโ added.
โขAgency Work reduced in favor of Startup Ventures (2011-2013), then level sets for
2014-2015.
โขAjustco takes up the bulk of Venture time.
โขSpirituality commitment remains steady.
โขSleep (under Basic Needs) remains steady.
โขFitness (under Health) slightly down in 2014/2015.
17. 2015: Planning & Tracking (TE)
What This View Demonstrates:
โขArmanโs Time & Energy (TE) Plan for the last 4 months of 2015 (Sep-Dec), which
equates to 2,928 hours.
โขThe Yellow column shows the Actual vs. Orange which is what was Planned.
โขA first-time parent, we can see how he underestimated his TE investment with his
son (ie. โKidBugโ). He was happy to spend more time, just didnโt have the prior
experience to estimate this properly.
โขAbout 50 hours short on Blueliner and 80 hours short on Ventures.
โขOrange columns show the same time breakdown over different branches of the
Time Life Tree โ Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Custom Period (4-Months).
18. 2012 Actual vs. Plan & Prior
Track progress throughout new period,
to see whether you are trending on pace;
if not, make adjustments or modify plan.
