converted to outlines and all colors
converted to CMYK, no spot colors.
– Files must be provided via e-mail, ftp
or on a nonreturnable CD. Please
contact Art Director for ftp instruction.
– All files are 150 line screen and must
include printer, screen fonts and all
artwork. Images must be 300 dpi with
no more than 10% reduction or
enlargement.
– Kodak approval is the only accepted
digital color proof.
– If color proof is not provided,
additional charges may apply.
– B&W laser print must be provided if a
color proof is not.
– If the size is incorrect, the publisher
reserves the right to alter the ad size to
fit in the best way possible.

Ads can be designed in-house for a flat
rate. Fashionation Magazine will work
directly with the client to create an eye-
catching, design-driven ad that is tailor-
made to fi t the client’s specific wants
and needs.
Our design team has years of
advertising experience and will do what
it takes to make your ad “pop.” The
client is responsible for providing all
logos, text and images (when needed)
and is allowed up to 3 proofs in which
changes/corrections can be made.
AD OWNERSHIP
Fashionation owns the copyright to all
ads designed in-house. These ads are
available for clients to use in other media
outlets at $50 per use. Logo design is not
copyrighted by Fashionation and is
exclusively owned by client.
