This is my evaluation of my contents page of my school magazine.

1. I decided to keep the
background of the
contents page navy as it’s
a dark and rich colour; the
white writing makes it
stand out also fits the
schools colour scheme
I used the same border
shape (curved square) as
my magazines front cover
to keep the page smart,
uniform and professional
I used clip art from
Google to illustrate my
contents pages. I used
bright and suitable yet
mature images, thus
appealing to both parents
and students; an example
of this is using simple
black& white animated
stickmen for the image of
‘Clubs and workshops’,
but the colourful books
make it child-friendly
According to my survey results, the
vast majority of people don’t actually
pay attention to the contents and
game pages, therefore I don’t think
this is necessary when producing a
school magazine
