Mission Statement
Bridgeway sells Enterprise Legal
Management (ELM) solutions to
world-class brands like Starbucks,
Citigroup and 3M. Our stability and
growth over the past 25 years has
hinged on our respect for the client,
thoughtfully listening to their need and
providing real-world, in-house legal
operations management know-how. The
market has had to choose between ELM
providers that disrespect their intelli-
gence by showing loyalty, not to them,
rather nameless shareholders, along
with declarations that software will
“solve all your problems” and misera-
bly poor, after-the-sale service. We
knew there had to be a better way, so
we created a company possessing the
flexibility, character and competence to
solely focus on clients and their desire
to perform at a high level.
BRAND OVERVIEW
At Bridgeway Software, our brand isn’t simply logos, typefac-
es, advertisements and taglines. While these are important, visual
symbols that represent and reinforce Bridgeway in the marketplace,
our brand is about so much more.
It’s the sum of all these things that adds up to the immediate, viscer-
al reaction that our employees, customers, analysts, partners and
competitors have about our company and the products and services
we offer.
And, we all shape our brand, no matter what our role at Bridgeway—
from sales and marketing to engineering and administration. Your
efforts—from the smallest touchpoint to the largest campaigns—are
a fundamental part of our brand. The visual elements you use and the
way you use them create a solid framework for telling our brand story.
When used appropriately, and consistently, they are powerful tools.
This is your guide to Bridgeway Software’s brand visuals.

The Bridgeway logo is composed
of the arches symbol (blue and grey
arches), the logotype (“BRIDGE-
WAY”)  a product name separeted
by a thin bar (|). Never separate,
modify, or reposition these ele-
ments. Always use supplied art-
work; never try to recreate it your-

Only exception is the LEGALsphere

COLOR PALETTE
Print and Screen
PMS Color
Print and for spot color. Used with print
material and silk screen. Will cost extra
for the specialty Pantone Matching
System Ink.
CMYK
his is the process used for printing. C is
for the ink color cyan. M is for majenta.
Y is for yellow and K is for black. The
combination of these colors can make
most of the colors needed in printing.
When a PMS color is printed in CMYK it
wil more cost cncious.
RGB
Used when producing materials for the
web. Color will be a slight tone differ-
ence but needs to adheir to corporate
brand identity. Hexidecimal color is also
used for web graphics.

Avenir 35 Lightis the font we use whenever possible for
marketing collateral.
Opens Sans is the font we use as our web font
Avenir’s greatest strengths are its simplicity and balance. It bridges the gap between geometric
and humanist sans-serifs, making it a versatile, modern choice.
For PowerPoint, Bridgeway has selected Arial Black for title copy and Calibri
for body copy.
For all other internal use (excel, word, email, etc), Bridgeway has selected Calibri. It conveys
a similar style and spirit to Avenir, but is more readily available to most end users.
When presenting your story, these templates should be used in conjunction with other brand
collateral and messaging to create an integrated look and to help preserve the Bridgeway
brand.
Do not use old logos, colors or unapproved fonts in presentations.

is a masterful tool in
business communication.
SIGNATURE
You have the power to reinforce our brand multiple times every day, whenever you send an
email. It’s simple to add the Bridgeway email signature to your outgoing emails, and it’s a
great way to add professional polish and a splash of color to your messages.
Not only will your emails look better, but you’ll also be giving email recipients a subtle, visual

Our stability and growth over the past 25 years has hinged on our respect for the client, thoughtfully listening to their need and providing real-world, in-house legal operations management know-how. The market has had to choose between ELM providers that disrespect their intelli- gence by showing loyalty, not to them, rather nameless shareholders, along with declarations that software will “solve all your problems” and misera- bly poor, after-the-sale service. We knew there had to be a better way, so we created a company possessing the flexibility, character and competence to solely focus on clients and their desire to perform at a high level. BRAND OVERVIEW At Bridgeway Software, our brand isn’t simply logos, typefac- es, advertisements and taglines. While these are important, visual symbols that represent and reinforce Bridgeway in the marketplace, our brand is about so much more. It’s the sum of all these things that adds up to the immediate, viscer- al reaction that our employees, customers, analysts, partners and competitors have about our company and the products and services we offer. And, we all shape our brand, no matter what our role at Bridgeway— from sales and marketing to engineering and administration. Your efforts—from the smallest touchpoint to the largest campaigns—are a fundamental part of our brand. The visual elements you use and the way you use them create a solid framework for telling our brand story. When used appropriately, and consistently, they are powerful tools. Will cost extra for the specialty Pantone Matching System Ink. CMYK his is the process used for printing. C is for the ink color cyan. M is for majenta. Y is for yellow and K is for black. The combination of these colors can make most of the colors needed in printing. When a PMS color is printed in CMYK it wil more cost cncious. RGB Used when producing materials for the web. Color will be a slight tone differ- ence but needs to adheir to corporate brand identity. Hexidecimal color is also used for web graphics.

Opens Sans is the font we use as our web font Avenir’s greatest strengths are its simplicity and balance. It bridges the gap between geometric and humanist sans-serifs, making it a versatile, modern choice. For PowerPoint, Bridgeway has selected Arial Black for title copy and Calibri for body copy. For all other internal use (excel, word, email, etc), Bridgeway has selected Calibri. It conveys a similar style and spirit to Avenir, but is more readily available to most end users. When presenting your story, these templates should be used in conjunction with other brand collateral and messaging to create an integrated look and to help preserve the Bridgeway brand. Do not use old logos, colors or unapproved fonts in presentations. Please note the only approved font for use in presentations is Calibri (body) Arial Black (title).
