- Growth and expansion : need for professionalism
- Sufficient manpower and doctors but full
potential not achieved
- No back up or substitute of manpower

rates are slightly higher?
- All medical test result given the patients on the
very same day
- No waiting period unlike PGIMER and GMCH – 32
- Quick service helps in drawing more patients,
especially non localities
8. Conclusion
SUPA gave me a golden opportunity to work with an
NGO for the underprivileged which I had always
wanted to but had never got the opportunity and time
to do so.
What interested me most was that despite not getting
any grants from the Government it was functioning so
well in catering to the poor for the last 41 years.
