34. Operational Realignment II Currently, SA and Student Centre are separate entities. However, both rely on each other (e.g. SC Business Manager does finances for both, SA VP Campus Life does programming in Pub, etc); We are working towards an operational merger Created HR policy for all staff; Created job descriptions for all staff; Working on SC agreement with DC/UOIT; Working on 5-year financial forecasts.
